Who we are
Desert Limo is a private car service operating in Palm Springs, Palm Desert and La Quinta, California. You can reach us any time on 760-820-LIMO.
What we collect
We collect only what a ride requires:

Your name, mobile number and email address.

Your ride details — date, time, pickup and destination, number of guests, and any flight number you give us.

Your cabin preferences, if you choose to save them: climate, music, welcome drink, snacks, seat and any notes for your chauffeur.

Your ride history, membership details and Member Miles balance, where those apply.

Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our systems. We keep only the card brand and last four digits so you can recognise it.
How we use it
To arrange and run your ride, to send your sign-in code and booking confirmation, to let you know when your chauffeur is on the way, and to keep your preferences on file so you do not have to repeat them.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for advertising. We do not send marketing messages.
Text messages
When you enter your mobile number and ask for a code, you are agreeing to receive text messages from us at that number — sign-in codes, booking confirmations and updates about a ride you have booked. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking; call us to change a ride.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the ride work:

Supabase — stores your account and ride records.

Twilio — delivers text messages.
◆
Resend — delivers email.
◆
Square — processes card payments.
Each receives only what it needs to do its part, and none of them may use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and ride history while you are a customer, so you can see past rides and we can honour membership hours, which never expire. Ask us to delete your account and we will, apart from records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can see and change your name, contact details and cabin preferences in the app at any time, and turn individual notifications on or off. To request a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted, call 760-820-LIMO.
Children
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Children are welcome as passengers; the booking is made by an adult.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be told to you directly.
