$650 covers the first three hours for up to six guests. Each additional hour is $150, to a maximum of ten hours. A $250 deposit is taken when you book and the balance is due before departure. Gratuity is not included.

A membership is $1,000 and credits ten hours of ride time. Members book by the hour with a one-hour minimum, pay no deposit, and may renew at any time to add ten more hours. Extras are charged to the card on file.

Member hours never expire.

You may cancel or move a ride free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.

Inside 24 hours, and for a no-show, the booking is non-refundable: for The Signature we keep the $250 deposit, and for a member ride the hours are deducted.

Desert Limo runs a single restored 1995 Lincoln Town Car with one chauffeur. A date held by another booking is not available, which is why the calendar shows some dates struck through. We do not overbook and we do not subcontract your ride.

Dining, a curated soundtrack, a Polaroid booth, charcuterie, caviar, florals and similar additions are requests rather than instant purchases. We confirm what we can provide within 24 hours and only charge for what we confirm.

We track your flight where you give us the number and adjust pickup for it. If weather, a road closure, a mechanical failure or anything else outside our control prevents the ride, we will tell you as soon as we know and refund what you have paid in full.

Card payments are handled by Square. We keep a card on file so the balance, agreed extras and any gratuity can be settled without you having to re-enter it. Your full card number is never stored on our systems.
